hello cell ! this is julian once again. its bee awhile man. like 3 months since i blogged heh. the o levels are over, we got no one doing a levels, so technically, ALL EXAMS ARE OVER ! :D

as all of you know, the cell outing is this friday, and its at alohaLOYANG! the biggest cell outing ever in history okay ! (i only know of another cell who had a cell chalet marcus' cell, but our cell bigger ! so counted as biggest on in history !)

please come okay ! we havent had a cell outing in ages, so do come !

Details for the cell outing here we go !

Place: Aloha Loyang (duh!)

Date: 20th November - 21st November (1 night stay)

Time: the chalet book in time is after 3 pm, so you guys can meet at my house around 3 pm ? then we'll walk over to the chalet, put down our stuff, then maybe go for a swim, or slack around, explore the chalet area !

Price: okay guys, the price isnt cheap, i say first. but i hope you guys could ask your parents to pay. if they have any questions and are wondering about the price, tell them to call me at 94875333. okay here's the reason why its expensive:

okay, if you cant see what i'm talking about, the grand total price is $275.95. you may ask 'why so expensive ! i dont eat so much one !'

okay first of all, we got roughly 15 confirmed people coming, not including guests yet. and i prefer to have more than less. i dont want us to be starving like halfway through the night and all. and i've been to bbqs where not enough food, then you guys feel your money is wasted. so yea, i over ordered quite alot. but should be able to finish (: the bill forhte last bbq was 240. but this round has stingray and sotong ! :D 1 packet for everyone ! which explains the cost increase.

so 275.95 round up is 276 divide by 15 people = $18.40 per person

the price of the chalet is roughly around 4 dollars extra per person so total 22.40.

plus drinks person would be around $1.50, so total around 24 dollars, but charles is subsidising you guys ! :D so it'll just be 22 for all of us. awesome ! 22's a little high, but yea, we havent had cell outing in awhile ! just ask your parents for money. anything, ask them to all me (: 94875333 !

okay now how to get there ! most important ! (right click picture, open in new tab/new window!)

okay ! the map makes the route look super long, but for those of us who stay at pasir ris, we know its not ! the map makes it look far only.

1. okay, walk route A (refer to picture), its a straight road which heads to escape! theme park. its a really obvious road, cannot miss it one.

2. then in front of escape, you take the path diagonally to your top right, and walk northeast till you enter coasta sands.

3. walk through coasta sands, and at the end of coasta sands resort, exit coasta sands through its main gate, and then turn left.

4. walk left all the way, around a minute's walk, and you'll reach aloha !

or another way is to take the shuttle bus. (right click picture, open in new tab/new window!)

here are the timings. its a 1 hour interval, so that kinda sucks. so if you miss the bus, just walk there. take a bus to downtown east (check with SMRT station counter person) and walk from there, or just walk all the way to aloha. its seriously not that far. i walk before.

sorry for not updating for so long. been pretty busy.

¹¹ For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

if you're unsure of whereever you are in your life, if you're unsure whether you'll make it through school, if you ever think you're not good enough, not smart enough in your studies, not good enough to serve God, i'm here to tell you that God says that your future is bright !

he knows the plans He has for you ! before you were born, he already planned out what he wanted to do with your life. he already planned what kind of person he wanted you to be. and his plans are to prosper you! not to harm you, but prosper ! and the word prosper does not mean only money! prosper means in your health as well, your peace of mind, your spiritual life, that you may soar with Jesus above the heavens, prosper in every area of your life!

he has no plans to harm you ! dont think of God as someone who's holding a thunderbolt in His hands, waiting for any opportunity to throw and shoot you with the thunderbolt just of some sin you commit. he's not that kind of god ! he's a loving god, because the bible says, 'he He did not withhold his own son, how much more, will he FREELY give us all things !' he wants to bless you !

and lastly, the verse ends with ' to give you a hope, and a future.' he wants to give you guys a hope. a hope beyond your imagination. a hope that will transcend into faith, a hope that in Him, you'll find all you need ! your future is secure guys. i used to think i was dumb, doubting whether i'll make it through my studies and all. i was failing everything back in sec 3, and i got L1R5 46 points for my mid years in sec 4. i was demoralised, i was devastated, and wanted to just give up. but now i look back, i know that god's hand is in everything.

if god's work is perfect, then your future is perfect ! its just the way he wants it, there's no faults, there's no last minute changes. its prefect, the way exactly god wants it for you. you may doubt yourself, but dont doubt god ! because he is faithful, till the very end. he could have come down from the cross halfway, and said ' this is too painful, i dont want this anymore.'

he could have. but he didnt. he went to the cross, just like a lamb, going for the slaughter (isaiah 53). he did the finished work, so that you can reign in this life. so that you can have the assurance that your future is perfect, your salvation is perfect, your life is gonna perfect, just the way god wants it to be.

hello cell ! :D hope you guys have had a good week.

there'll be no cell this coming friday, cause its the fourth week. so yea, take a break on your fridays. stay home the night watching videos, playing your games whatsoever. (:

anyway, here's a verse which has spoken to me these few days.

²³for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, ²⁴and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

Romans 3:23-24

we all need to recognise we have fallen short of the glory ! that no matter what you do, you can never be made righteous. your self efforts, your works, can never make you righteous. its not how much you serve in church that makes your righteous. the blood of Jesus makes you righteous ! and you are justified FREELY. by his grace, that came through Jesus Christ ! there're no conditions on whether GOd justifies you or not. doesnt mean a sin like lying, it'll be justified, but if you steal, you wont be justified. you are justified FREELY ! no strings attached. thats how good god is.

and the word 'justified' means, you have been given the right, to claim what is yours in Christ ! you have been given the right ! given, not earned ! given, not given and taken as god wishes ! its GIVEN. God says he wants you to prosper. YOU WILL PROSPER. he says you will be healed of any sickness, claim that ! you have the right, to claim it. you dont have to go to god, trembling in fear, praying that he might heal you. you dont need to do more good when you're sick, or when you need god's help in your exams, so that god will help you. He will ! because you have been justified ! not being justified. you are already justified ! so claim all that God promises in Jesus. AMEN.

hello cell ! :D i'm sorry for not blogging for awhile. always forgetting to update. but here i am now !

² Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.

3 John 1:32. NKJV.

3 John was written by John when he was really old, and probably the last one of the 12 disciples still alive. it had been many years since he walked alongside Jesus, watching Him heal the sick, touch lives, being crucified, resurrected, and finally ascending to heaven.

John was also the disciple who leaned on Jesus' bosom, as you have heard me shared in cell before. and i believe, when he leaned on Jesus' bosom, he felt the heartbeat of God. the loving and kind heartbeat of god, which had caused Him to go around doing good and healing all those who were oppressed by the devil.

The Lord wants you to prosper and be in health, even as your soul prospers. it was what He always wanted for you, and for me. he wants you to prosper, so much that you could never have imagined it. He is on your side guys ! He's not against you ! He's on your side, when you dont sin. BUT, He's ALSO on your side when you sin ! He'll never come against you, because all your sins have been paid in the body of Christ !

And He wants you to have health ! and you can claim this verse, 3 John 1:2, that the lord wants you to be in health. and the word health means, to be whole ! not partially healed of your sickness, but fully healed. he wants to make you whole again. and its a promise guys !

This is God's will for you. i'll be linking friday's sharing to this passage. :)

Zechariah 9:12
12Return to the stronghold, you prisoners of hope.

Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.

I am sure that you have heard the expression, “When life throws lemons at you, make lemonade!” Well, I want you to know that when the devil throws lemons at you, God Himself will make lemonade for you! After all, the Bible says that God works all things together for your good. (Romans 8:28)

And He does it with style — He restores double for your trouble! Beloved, if you have lost a husband or wife through divorce, or a precious child through death, God can restore double to you, so that you end up having more than before, if not in quantity, then in quality!

Consider Job in the Old Testament. When he lost everything, his wife told him to curse God and die. He refused and, instead, responded to God in faith, and “the Lord gave to Job twice as much as he had before”. (Job 42:10)

When David lost the child he had with Bathsheba, he stopped pleading and started worshiping God because he trusted in the mercies of God. Later, God blessed David and Bathsheba with another son named Solomon, who became the wisest and richest king the world has ever known.

Today, God promises to restore double for your trouble — “Even today I declare that I will restore double to you.” If He declared it, He will do it! So you cannot but have hope that things will be even better than before. That is why in the same verse, He calls you “prisoners of hope”. My friend, hope in the biblical sense means a confident expectation of good things happening in your life. You are a prisoner of that! You can’t help but wake up feeling hopeful. You can’t help but expect good things to happen to you!

So when trouble comes from the devil, don’t give up and say, “It is hopeless!” Don’t worry or get angry. Worship God like David did and see that trouble as an opportunity for God to bless you with more than what you originally had. And because God has declared it, be confident that you will get double for your trouble!

John 15:5
5“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

you guys are the branches. not trying to be the branches !

what this verse means is that, the same resurrection life that flows through Jesus, flows through you ! and because the DNA of Jesus flows through you, everything Jesus is, You are ! and 1 john 4:17 says,

'As He is, so are We in this world.'

god sees you the way he sees jesus ! and when the verse says bear 'much fruit', it means that whatever you pray, will be answered in Jesus' name ! If you pray for health, the sickness will be removed ! if you pray for wisdom, God will give you the mind of christ ! and the bible says that we have the mind of Christ ! its already given unto you ! so receive it with thanksgiving. Anything you want, Jesus will give it to you, so long as you abide in Him, and He in you. and how is that possible ? an act so simple. everyday remembering, that you're here cause Jesus came into your life, and set you free from sin. thats all. thats how you abide in Christ !

be concious of your position in Christ ! you're in the Beloved of Heaven, Jesus, Son of the Living God. :)

HELLO CELL

i hope you guys have had a good week ! i know most of you are going through your exams right now. but its almost over ! at the most just another week. hang in there ! you guys are always in my prayers. (:

⁸ Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet!”
Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no part with Me.”

Peter, was an example of someone who depended on God's love for him, as you've heard me share in cell before. He was someone who boasted that he'll never forsake Jesus, who'll go all the way to the ends of the earth for Him. I'm not saying that you shouldnt go to the ends of the earth for Jesus, dont get me wrong. but what i'm saying is that, what you should be boasting about, shouldnt be how far you'll go for Jesus, but boast of how far Jesus has gone for you ! He left all his majesty in glory as ruler of the earth, so that he can come down to this fallen earth, to die for you, and even suffered death on a cross ! not just any death, but he was crucified for you ! the crucifixion is one of the most torturous deaths. he hung on the cross for six hours, and supported his body with his hands, which where hanging on nails pierced through his wrist. and not just that. he suffered 39 whippings, till the flesh on his back were all torn out, til his rib cage could be seen.

and guess what, he did it, JUST. FOR.

YOU.

and he wants to wash your feet ! he wants to serve you ! many people quote this passage, and use it to preach that we need to imitate Christ and serve. i'm not saying you shouldnt serve. serving is good ! but you see, Jesus said unless he washes your feet, you shall have no part with HIM ! how can you serve a God whom you have no part with ! let Jesus serve you, work in your life, and when you realise how much Jesus went for you, how much he wants to serve you and care for you, serving others will come naturally. Jesus washed the disciple's feet, then ! he told them to wash the feet of others. in the same way, we need to let Jesus wash our feet, then only, will we be able to wash the feet of others.

and just like paul, who knew how much Jesus loved him, went to the ends of the earth, literally, for Jesus.

¹⁰ But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

1 Corinthians 15:10

Because Paul knew how much Jesus cared for him, loved him

He served and went to the ends of the earth to preach, and he laboured more abundantly than they all.

Let Jesus serve you people ! in your exams, in your work, in your family life, school life !

Thats how much the God of heaven loves you. never judges you, never ever punish you. God is on your side !

hello guys ((: i hope you guys have had a good week !

¹ What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? ² Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it?

Romans 6:1-2

Cell, you guys are dead to sin ! what does dead to sin mean ? dead to sin means you're no more under sin ! and you cant be under sin, and under righteousness. you're EITHER under sin, or under righteousness ! its like, you're either a man, or you're not ! you're either a chicken, or you're not ! i know some of you might say "but how can you say we're not under sin ? we still sin everyday !"

You see guys, the cross removed the power of sin over your lives, thus you're dead to sin. lets say you're in your school now, and once you graduate, you're no more under the school's rules ! you dont need to wear their uniform, dont need to greet the teachers, dont need to follow any timetable ! and its the same thing ! because of Christ's work on the cross, your sins died with Jesus Christ ! He spent 3 days in hell, and then overcame sin by resurrecting from the dead. thus your sins are all JUDGED in the body of Christ. your sins 10 years ago, yesterday, today, tomorrow, 10 years from now, any sin you commit , its been judged. Thats how good our Lord Jesus Christ is.

BUT NOW, all of us, you and me, are under righteousness. The cross removed the power of sin over your life, but it does not remove the ability to sin. so it does not mean after you're a christian, you'll never commit sins again ! but what it means is that, no matter whatever sins you commit, no many how many countless times you sin, the sin shall NEVER have any power over your life. God still loves you the same, no matter how many times you sin. No more, No less. So though you may sin, you're not living in sin ! Living means lifestyle ! sin isnt your lifestyle ! its like, i dont like to play basketball. but i play it once in a while, like once in a month. basketball isnt my lifestyle ! but my lifestyle is sleeping ! cause i continuously do it ! and thus its the same. you may sin once of twice, but you're not living in sin, you're living in Jesus Christ.

Meditate on Romans 6 guys ! it'll bless you greatly. ((:

Tomorrow I will be graduating from my course at 3D Sense Media, I am a bit nervous its like I am walking into uncharted territory. But nervous in a good way, for I left everything to GOD. Pass or Fail, I will still be thankful. If I were to fail, I will still praise HIM for I know he has other plans for me. Many might find that I had wasted 25k by failing. But I don’t think so, I gain a talent and I know GOD will cover the 25k loan from the bank. If I pass I will still praise HIM.

I will remain trustful and faithful during this times where I will be scared and insecure. Jesus will look after me. I shall not move, for he is my rock and my fortress. 2 Samuel 22:2, Psalms 18:2, 31: 3 all repeats that GOD is our Rock and our Fortress. I will stay strong with him no… not with him I will stay strong IN HIM. I know GOD will lead and guide me through whatever I have to go through.

he wants to take your troubles, your cares of this world, and work it out for you. he wants to serve you, he wants to wash your feet ! let him ! for if you leave your situations in his hands, the situation will work out supernaturally, with supernatural results ! how much more will you prosper, 30-fold, 60-fold, 100-fold if you leave things into his hands. i pray this week the peace of god will reign in your lives.

Hello there! Very Nice blog here and all thanks to Julian.

I've sth to share with you from my qt today. The passage is from 2 Sam 12 after King David falling deep into sin - lusts after Bathsheba and plotting to kill her husband Uriah. And in this chapter David begins to realise his wrongdoing through the prophet Nathan and the verse that I sense the Lord very strongly wants me to share is in v8: "I gave your master's house to you, and your master's wives into your arms. I gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if all this had been too little, I would have given you even more."

Cell, blessed are we who have Jesus, who know God. Whatever phase our lives we maybe in, remember God's love and grace in our lives. And if all this had been too little, God would have given you even more. How wonderful and marvelous our God is. Amen?

God's your provider, and he says to you ' I Am Who I Am'

in your sickness, he's your healer. his body was broken, so your body might be healed

in your poverty, he's your jehovah jireh, your provider, who will provide all your needs and wants, according to his riches and glory.

if you're unsure of your future, he's the lamp unto your feet.

if you're thinking if there's more to life than this studying and sai, Jesus says 'I am the resurrection and the life.'

He loves you guys ! meditate on Galatisns 2:20. just 1 verse. but its what we need to keep in rememberance.

Jesus loves each and everyone of you personally, and so do i (:

²⁰ I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
